“p(ART)ies” NYC- Choreographed new multimedia work, video by Chiaki Watanabe. Trifan produces and organizes the event with 14 internationals artists from performing and visual arts fields
School of Visual Arts- NYC- choreographed, directed a short dance film
Howl Festival at Collective Unconscious-NYC- new solo with life music by Jeremy Slater and video by Chiaki Watanabe      

F:T:H: Festival-NYC- of experimental video art- creates a site specific dance installation with life music and video                           
Armory Show at 56 Gallery St.-NY-“Cube” solo with sculptures by sculptor Rina Peleag  
“p(ART)ies” NYC- presents “Cube” and Trifan organizes and produces the event

“p(ART)ies” NYC - choreographs a duet with soprano singer Anne Ricci and original music by Adam Rafertti, Trifan produces and organizes the event with 12 internationals artists from performing and visual arts fields Fringe Festival at The Cultural Project-NYC- choreographs and dances multimedia performance with original text by Saviana Stanescu, original music by Lucian Ban, and live video by Diana Odasso and Dan Bora, 9 performers with dancers, opera singers and actors  
Radu Physical Culture Studio-NYC- Trifan teaches dance classes part time

Brockport SUNY College Theater - duet with film section from Bergman's films
Brockport, SUNY College Theater-  new solo
Brockport, SUNY College Theater – choreography for 20 dance students
Brockport, SUNY- Trifan teaches dance for one academic year
Radu Physical Culture Studio-NYC- choreographs  full evening multimedia show original text by writer Nathaniel Farrell, original music by Lucian Ban Quartet, costumes by Oana Ban, ten performers, Trifan receives a free space and rehearsals from the Studio for 6 months                                                                     

2000        

Radu Physical Culture Studio-NYC- Trifan teaches dance classes for the entire year

1999         

Atlanticron art residency-Romania- site specific dance Hasdeu Castel, Campina-Romania- perform commissioned work
